DPW Solutions helps businesses and organisations tackle challenges, develop opportunities and get things done.
In practical terms, that might mean:

Sometimes it's about developing a strategy or plan. Other times, it's about rolling up my sleeves and helping deliver it.
I draw on more than 35 years of experience across different industries and cultures, and can bring in trusted colleagues when additional expertise is needed.
There's no one-size-fits-all approach. It starts with understanding the challenge and finding a practical way forward.

It's about people, understanding the challenge and finding a practical way forward.
I've been fortunate to spend much of my career building businesses, developing new opportunities and leading major programmes around the world.
Setting up DPW Solutions gave me the freedom to use that experience a little differently, working with organisations where I feel I can make a real difference.
That includes major programmes and commercial businesses, but increasingly also charities and foundations as they develop their ideas and find their feet.
And I'm still learning!
What Do I Do?
It depends on the challenge!
Sometimes it's about developing a business, finding new opportunities or building revenue streams. At other times, it's establishing a programme, improving governance, developing a plan or simply helping an organisation work out what to do next.
I don't start with a predetermined solution. I prefer to understand the challenge, draw on my experience and work with the people involved to find a practical way forward.
And when different skills or expertise are needed, I have a network of people I trust who can help.
The important thing is finding the right solution and making it happen.
