From early days in print production to global programme leadership across the globe and multiple disciplines, I’ve learned by doing.

About Me
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people. My early studies in languages weren’t just about words, but about cultures and human connection — a curiosity that has shaped my entire career.
One of my biggest leaps came when I took on a major role in the US. With two young children, my family and I sold our home in the UK and moved to North Carolina. The scale of projects was huge, the culture dramatically different, and the experience built resilience and a drive to succeed that still guides me today.
I’ve been fortunate to lead programmes of real scale and impact — from securing major contracts to building global centres of excellence. What mattered most wasn’t just the systems we put in place, but the people: talented teams that thrived, gelled, and even had fun while delivering complex transformation.
Of course, not every journey is smooth. I’ve learned to navigate challenging stakeholders with persistence and integrity, always staying true to my values and those of my clients.
Today, through DPW Solutions, I find the greatest satisfaction in helping others succeed — guiding purposeful organisations to achieve lasting impact.
