Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website https://dpw-solutions.com (“the Website”) and to any services provided by Delivering Practical Working Solutions Ltd (“DPW Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Website

- The Website is provided for information about our services and may be used only by individuals (18yrs old and above) or organisations interested in our professional offerings.

- If you are using the website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
- You must not use the Website for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to distribute harmful or misleading content.

2. Services

- We provide consultancy and project/programme delivery services under our sub-brands: Strategy Works and Delivery Works.
- The scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be agreed in writing in advance (e.g. by proposal, letter of engagement, or service agreement).

- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services, offerings, or content on the Website at any time without notice.

3. Payment Terms

- Unless otherwise agreed, services are invoiced in accordance with the agreed proposal or contract.
- Payment is due within [30] days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

- Cancellation by the Client:
  - If you need to cancel or postpone agreed services, notice must be given in writing.
  - Cancellations received more than 14 days before the agreed start date will not incur a charge.
  - Cancellations received within 14 days of the agreed start date may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed fee, to cover time reserved and preparatory work undertaken.

- Deposits and Advance Payments:
  - Where a deposit or advance payment is agreed, this is non-refundable unless we cancel the engagement.

- Partial Services:
  - Where services have commenced and are cancelled part-way through, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

- Cancellation by DPW Solutions:
  - We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, any deposits or advance payments received will be refunded in full unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.

- Refunds:
  - Except as expressly stated above, no refunds will be issued once services have been delivered.

*Note: As our services are primarily provided to SMEs, charities, and public sector bodies, these terms apply on a business-to-business basis. Where we contract directly with individual consumers, statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 will apply.*

5. Intellectual Property

- All materials, documents, templates, or methodologies we provide remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others

8. Warranties and Disclaimers
